This map does not seem to come up. Anyway; the way they were plotted,
Melancholic: low E, high N
Choleric: high E, high N
Sanguine: high E, low N
Phlegmatic: low E, low N

Psychoticism was later broken down into Agreeableness and Conscientiousness in the Five Factor Model. Agreeableness would be the other factor besides Extraversion normally used with the temperaments (like informing/directing in the Interaction Styles).
