I cannot answer dichotomy-based tests without getting ENFJ. Kind of hard to be ENFJ with no Fe though

My problem is the questions never quite make sense to me. For example:

"Offer various unrelated ideas and see what potential they might suggest."

I often offer data if I think it might have some relevance, but unrelated is almost a foreign word for an Ne dom. Why would I say something that had nothing to do with the topic? And if both ideas had something to do with the topic they are related by the topic. Obviously this means I should answer no. But it's a lot of thought for each question.

Kisa differs like this:
I: 75%
N: 91%
T: 100%
P: 91%

I came out stronger TP, weaker IN.

I only took two, but they're both ones I've taken before, and both of them said INFP.
...is it possible that my current mood may affect that inspite of my best attempts to answer honestly?

It definitely could. The key is to answer like you would have throughout most of your life, not at the present moment.

Wait, did anyone post this one? It appears to be down right now, but I remember it being decent.

Unfortunately I can't see it, the site has been down for a while.

HumanMetrics gave me ENFJ. I call major bullshit, especially on the J

MMDI gave me INTJ, also major bullshit

The test that greed posted on page 1 (the real life situation thing) gave me ESFJ, or ISFJ and ENTP as secondary choices.

The CognitiveProcess test gave me INTP. A tamed down version of bullshit.

Everything else gave me ENTP

Out of all those tests listed, I can tell you that MMDI is the most INaccurate. Maybe it's the way I take it, but it always gives me wrong results, with the right one in the middle of all the rest.

 .. ESFJ's must be so predictable then.

This one basically works for me, although my knowledge probably got in the way:
Cognitive Dynamic Level of Development (Preference, Skill and Frequency of Use)
Se with Ni ****************************** (30.7)
good use
Si with Ne *********************** (23.7)
poor use
Ne with Si *********************** (23.7)
poor use
Ni with Se ****************************** (30.7)
good use
Te with Fi ****************** (18.7)
poor use
Ti with Fe ********************************************** (46.7)
excellent use
Fe with Ti ********************************************** (46.7)
excellent use
Fi with Te ****************** (18.7)
poor use

Summary Analysis of Profile
By focusing on the strongest configuration of cognitive dynamics, your pattern of responses most closely matches individuals of this type: ENFJ
The corresponding best-fit cognitive pattern:

If these results don't fit well then consider these types: INFJ, or ESTP

I've always liked the humanmetrics one.
I just took a certified MBTI 2 weeks ago, and it was very similar to the humanmetrics quiz.
