I'm kind of a composite of all three. I will admit I did really feel a connection with Aemon and Luwin while watching the series, I felt kind of akin to them. Mormont's a little more overt leader-y than I am (he commands groups) but I respected him as a leader watching the series, more than most of the leaders in the show.
