    When paired with sensation, A hint to identify between introverted judging functions to extroverted judging function is whether a practical execution is standardized or not. We may notice that in working place, there are standardized operational procedure, some professional field also has some standard like Accounting (e.g GAAP in US, IFRS in UK) , I heard also in engineering, they execute based on standard. When practice are standardized, it tends to need extroverted judging function to work naturally with it. But when the technique is not standardized, like how to well perform a free kick in football , it will need energy from the introverted judging function. Some football player are famous for their free kick style like Roberto carlos' cannon ball or David Beckham curved shot.Another example is Michael Jordan "Air walk" dunk.

    Each of their technique was performed so uniquely that When they are retired, we may miss them since there is hardly any other athlete who is able to imitate their style as exactly as themselves. In standardized execution,who the person that performs a standardized practice doesn't even matter.Although they can be replaced or planned to be replaceable by any other professional, they are going to get the same result, since any professional in the role will have to follow the same standard.

    Question for ESFJs: do you get along well with ISTJs in a work setting, or do they tend to irritate you?

    Asking because I've noticed an interesting dynamic between an ESFJ and an ISTJ at my workplace. She (the ESFJ) seems to get annoyed with him quite a bit over minor things he says and does.

    Conflict trait

    NT <-> SF
    NF <-> ST

    +

    EJ <-> IJ
    EP <-> IP

    So if you are ENTP your enemy type would be ISFP.
