Career changer seeking consultant to help me figure out who I am, what to do

I'm 36 ready for a total career change.

Trying to blend available science into my search to better identify which career leverages who I am, not just what I've done.

I thought I'd start trying to understand who I am - figure out what's innate.

There's so much out there: MBTI, Jung, Kiersey, etc.
Would love to have someone experienced in my corner helping me navigate.

Do you guys have any suggestions or referrals to consultants that might be able to help.
