Well there isn't a universal formula for success anywhere and while I can see more outgoing types being more successful socially due to pure stastics i.e meeting more people relationship s require investment and time to prosper so an outgoing person may know many but not really invest deeply into them it's all a matter of human nature and biology and stastics.
