--So will attempt to complete it myself--
Interested in the human value of something that can be applied in the real world.
Learn best by hands on acticities and socially interactive activities.
Need: a way of giving their input to the situation which will benefit the group and clear and concise instructions with some freer and more fun activities in the mix.
Teacher needs to know what they are talking about and be warm. Keep teacher talk down.
NTs (Visioning)

systems and carry their visions
• Place great value on competence, expertise, and the logical soundness of ideas
• Want to critique and improve ideas and strategies, with an eye on the big picture and sound
models
• May struggle to see ideas, realities, and details that do not fit with their visions, systems, and
plans
• Might struggle with interaction in emotionally charged situations and taking the emotions of
others into account
Interested in theories and global explanations about why the world works and the way it does
Learn best by categorizing, applying logic, analyzing
Need: big problems to solve, intellectual challenges, allowed to work
Teacher needs to treat them with respect, then will respect teacher
STs (Directing)
• Are logical and practical
• Want to know detailed expectations for completing tasks and projects up front
• Place value on having, knowing, and consistently following standard operating procedures
(SOPs) for tasks that are to be repeated

no fuss, no muss.
• May struggle to adjust to change that seems unneeded and/or happens quickly
• Might struggle with interaction in emotionally charged situations and considering others’
emotions
Interested in facts about real things – useful, practical information about everyday activities.
Learn best through hands-on activities.
Need: precise, step-by-step instructions: logical, practical reasons for doing something
Teacher needs to treat all fairly.
Can get more specific - if you want me to, post on here (stating your type if I can't see it on your profile). And I shall dig out the gold
