What's your method for profiling other people's types?

What kind of things are you searching for when you are trying to cast another person's Myers Briggs type?

I just started profiling others and I need a few questions or tactics to use to speed read people. This process is more difficult than I imagined. Most people aren't sharing enough to give me a read on their personality.

I just hold back any opinions and observe. I often look at what they are saying or their arguments. This can be VERY telling. I feel like when asked to explain their reasoning, all four judging functions have their own unique flavor. I often start there for that reason.

Most people will never share enough to give you a read on their personality even if they tried. Those of us with acumen know that we will never know ourselves fully, and it's probably meant to be this way.
