I took a test which makes you choose between two sets of traits which defines dichotomy and I got INTP (it's not a very good test anyway)

I later typed myself as INFJ.

What was the first MBTI type you ever scored on a test?

ISTJ. Consistently scored that type when I first took a test 9 years ago.

What is your actual type. Is it the same, or different?

ISTP now. Not too different, but I value the opposite functions.

INFJ, which I used to vehemently defend tooth and nail. Just ask Forever.

As for my real type, virtually all tests (MBTI and Socionics) type me as either INFP or ENFP, in that order. I occasionally get xNTP.

Once I got INTJ. I thought that was funny and then was like "what if I'm just really unhealthy?"
No.

ENTP. Adult disbelieved my test results, and the adult claimed that I was INTP. I knew what I was doing when I took the test, though.

ENTP.

the only change has been to my enneagram tritype... this wasn't based on a test, and was merely a wing...

intp was my initial test result, and the mbti category i have always felt fit best...

INTJ when I was an early teen in a Ni-Ti loop. I'm actually an INFJ, but had to take a few cognitive functions tests and read up on Jung to figure it out. Plenty of MBTI tests had shitty questions like "Do you stand closer to the centre of the room or to the walls" and "Do you prefer to go out or read a book", which doesn't help at all.

The first test I took called me an INTJ, which is 75% correct.

I typed as INTJ on my first test(s). I'm an INFJ in cognitive functions and overall by definition of T/F, but I consider myself to be highly logical / rational. I'm rather certain this can be attributed to key life experiences, however...though I also know that INFJs have a reputation of being "the most logical of the Feelers" anyways, so perhaps not?

I have a RL friend who I typed as an ENFP secretly. She knew nothing about MBTI at that time, but it happened to come up one day and she wanted to take the test. 16 Personalities also typed her as ENFP. I don't trust that site, but I think she's about as ENFP as it can get.

In my experience, INFJ's can be incredibly objective about things.

In my 20s, I typed as an ENTJ. Now, I first tested as an ENFJ then INFP or INFJ.

My first time testing I got ISFP. Then the second time was INFP. Then ISFP again. I took it a year later and got INFP twice. According to cognitive functions, I'm an ISFP, so no more confusion. (^_^)

The first and only time I took the official MBTI was in college, and I scored INTJ. However, I think that was because I perceived myself as a Te type--structured, organized, and informed by authoritative sources--in response to the demands of my academic environment. Once I was out of school and living on my own, my true nature asserted itself, and I scored INTP on every online test. Interestingly, since I entered my thirties, those same tests now peg me as INFP or INFJ, but I think they've become useless for me because my Fe has developed to the point that it's skewing the results. After reading extensively about the functions, I knew I was Ti-Ne-Si-Fe.

Interesting. Personally, I use the word objective cautiously even, because in my mind nearly everything is relative (often to perspective) / subjective. I seem to be primarily comprised of Ni/Ti sometimes though, and everyone else who knows about MBTI seems to see more Fe in me than I do at times...what goes through my mind when you say "objective" in this post is, "Define objective? And compared to what?"

So satisfy my curiosity here...can you share an example of objectivity in INFJs? Help me wrap my mind around context / application / definition.

I first scored as INTJ with a very weak T.
Now I'm INTP. I realized that I don't tend to be quite as structured and goal oriented as I once thought I was.

My first mistype was INFJ technically, although the first test scored me midway between INTP and INFJ
