I've read several articles and taken more MBTI tests, but am still unsure about my type.

Reasons I think that I'm ISTJ:
â–ª As a child, I always liked a fixed schedule
â–ª I am down to earth
â–ª As a child, I had a respect for authority
â–ª I do have an offbeat/morbid sense of humor
â–ª I don't feel "super smart" or anything

Reasons I think that I'm INTJ:
â–ª I am very independent
â–ª I sometimes recieve random insights
â–ª I look at things a different way
â–ª I have a terrible memory compared to the S people I know
â–ª I am very curious about everything
â–ª I enjoy theories

Thanks!

intelligence does not determine type. Personally I think mbti is more related to psychoanalytic stuff than traits anyway.

Also I'm ISTJ and all these things describe me except the terrible memory part.

I know someone who comes out between ISTJ and INTJ.
The person is very sure of T. But either S or N is the dominant and the other the inferior.
Apparently many introverts can be overusing their extraverted auxiliary Te.
Don't know if this applies at all to you, but felt like mentioning.
