I just realized that My sensory memory is visual. When it comes back, it comes in a visual/photographic/videographic imagination.

My memory is vague visually, which is ironic because I am a visual learner. But at the same time, I remember non visual aspects of an image that I can't see in my head. I just know they are there. I think they are called associations. Like, If I try to remember what I ate for lunch yesterday. Ill see a vague image of myself in my car, but only remember the taste of what I ate, and how much money it was, and the password to my bank app. I can normally figure it out from there.
