For the ISFJ type, stress often produces anger (projection) and depression (introjection). These are two sides of the same coin: the desire to avoid chaos at all cost. A routinized lifestyle, that follows along with societal expectations and with a positive connection to an authority figure, keeps the ISFJ individual following the straight-and-narrow that rarely deviates. Anger is an attempt to maintain psychological balance and ward off chaos which threatens equanimity.

Tertiary Ti arises when the ISFJ type withdraws to his or her ivory tower as a defense mechanism. It is a last ditch effort to maintain composure. On the outside, the ISFJ appears to be a placid mountain, peacefully contemplating its own existence. But inside there is a volcano trying to erupt.

Before depression comes anger. When Ti tertiary gives way to anger, shame and depression some time result, especially when the anger has had no positive effect. When Ne-inferior comes out, the ISFJ will fly off in a random direction in an effort to escape.

It would be up to the ISFJ individual to describe for us what this randomness looks like. But what I've seen or heard about involves things like getting in a car and driving randomly, and dressing in bizarre colors.

I think they get spacy and kind of scattered and forgetful which is unusual for them.
