I've often seen it supposed that the healthiest types are those who have learned to develop their shadow functions, their tertiary function and inferior function instead of relying too heavily on their two foremost functions. By this logic could it be that the healthiest type would be someone who has developed all of the functions to such a degree that they are classified as an XXXX type? How feasible would this be? Do you personally have functions that aren't in your type's stacking that are well developed? How much do you think the average person develops their other functions? Any examples of people who have extremely well developed shadow functions in addition to their stacking?

I think healthy is more knowing your strengths and weaknesses so you can take care of yourself. Justbworking towards what you say is healthy. Not necessarily having everything down pat.

I have read that the healthy way to develop functions is to focus on developing your auxiliary and tertiary so your dominant has support. Developing all of your functions isn't considered to be healthy because it doesn't focus on what your brain is already naturally skilled at doing. Kind of like a star swimmer who wants to train for the Olympics but instead of working on their swimming strokes they decide to work on their basketball skills. Our brains are theoretically already wired in a certain way so it is more beneficial to improve the naturally used wiring instead of trying to improve the poor underused wiring.
