The study doesn't say you HAVE to be histrionic or narcissistic.

I don't think I can find it right now, but I read study which conclusion was that there are no significant correlation between MBTI and particular psychological disorders.

Notice how ENTJ only has one personality disorder attached. I guess you can see where this is coming from, but this isn't a very good list.
