Are Introverts Energized By Solitude?

I wouldn't say that solitude energizes me - being around people, doing things, experiencing the world energizes me. However, I then desperately need solitude or at least some quiet time to deflate, destress, process, and just chill out. If I don't do this, then I eventually start feeling anxiety. I think I get too much adrenaline and I need to let it dissapate.

Like aguanile, I also like being around people. I actually like crowds, doing things with people - classes, movies etc. but they don't require a ton of interaction or sharing.
