All of the following links were taken from a website called personalitynation.com and were written by a user there named simulatedworld. I also just put up a poll asking which profile fits you best. Personally I haven't voted because I can't tell if ISTP or INTP fits me better so feel free to gather as much information as you need before you decide which type you think yourself to be.

edit - I just voted INTP, disagree with me though you may.

2nd edit - I changed to INTJ but I already voted so that sucks.

3rd edit - Now ISTP is starting to look right so man I really can't make up my mind.

What's so ironic about this is that all of these analyses were written by a user named "Simulated World". I once made a "type me" thread and went over there and he insisted that I was ENFP. However, I read his ENTP analysis and it seemed to fit me perfectly. Ironic isn't it?

Well Great One people I have found people will accuse anyone of being any type they desire the other person to be and each of these will contradict the opinions of others so it follows that no matter what type you claim to be someone is going to get pissed off hence I have 3 potential typings in both my MBTI enneagram box and in my signature.

Does anyone else want to browse these in depth profiles and vote on their type?

I have seen these before...and they really are the best descriptions I feel like. I think that they get right to the good stuff, hits the core, you know? I'm undeniably still the same type though. Does the description of INTP that you posted here fit you more than other descriptions of INTJ's that you have read?

INTPs have Ti, INTJs have Ni, and ISTPs have both so I get the best of both worlds!

Pretty soon this ISTP INTP INTJ tritype is going to be combined within my posted type combined within my signature so just wait 5 minutes or so for me to finish that!

edit - Well it's all done now folks. Check out my new and improved epically awesome signature. I just hope some mod doesn't take it down due to size.

I updated my signature again because it was too large so folks if you want to see it be sure to click the spoiler tag but anyway it says I am ISTP even though my MBTI says INTP and INTJ is even suggested in the signature though if you read the whole thing it becomes quite clear that I am a combination of the 3 which gives us Ti and Ni hence I am ISTP in a TiNi loop!

RaptorWizard - Thanks for the links.

Wow, those are long!

I can't say that I feel like either descriptions of ISTJ or ISFJ fit me. I especially didn't agree with the Si description under ISTJ, especially the fifth paragraph. I didn't relate this to at all. Why would anyone not want to experience something again as if it was new? The rest of the cognitive functions didn't really fit either, but the Si part of the ISFJ description was a lot more like me than the ISTJ version.

I skimmed the rest of the IS types, but I can't say than any of these are me. The feelers sounded too...feely, I'm too cautious for the description of Se, and the SJ's sounded too rigid for me. I was a fan of the ISTP description, but I can't say that I identify with it.

On the bright side, the Fi description of ISTJ just confirmed that my dad is an ISTJ who lives in an unhealthy state of total SiFi.

Damn, man, simulatedworld did a bang-up job on these. Of the functional breakdown descriptions out there, these are among the best. The only problem, to me, is that the descriptions of the dom-tert loops and inferior functions seem to be 'reaching' too much.

Of these profiles, INFJ fits best. I can relate to the first two function descriptions for ENFP, but definitely not the tertiary or inferior.

Thanks, RaptorWizard!
