Heredity of Personality Type: the type of your mother, father and yours?

INTX (Grandfather) + XSFJ (Grandmother) = ISFP (Mother) + EXTJ (Aunt) + INTX (Uncle) + INFX (Aunt) + ESXP (Uncle) + XXFJ (Aunt)

No idea about my dad's side, but if I had to guess:

ISTP (Grandfather) + IXFJ (Grandmother)= ISTJ (Father) + ESFJ (Aunt)

My dad's dad died when he was really young, and my grandmother was a paranoid/depressed/agoraphobic lithium/valium addict (apparently). He doesn't talk about them much.

ENFJ mother + ISTJ father = INFJ me (my sister is some kind of ENFX and my brother is possibly an ESFP).

Maternal grandparents - Grandma ESXP (not sure but she was exceptionally good with hands on stuff, super hospitable, inventive and capable at anything she set her mind to). Grandpa - IXXX Man, I don't know about him. He was affable, hospitable, liked music, great at doing math in his head, good teacher, very impatient with cows, would have made a better teacher than farmer, hard worker, good with kids especially in later years. Wise and thoughtful.

Paternal grandparents - Grandpa ESTJ - not sure. When I knew him he was bipolar and so that makes it harder to assess. Very hardworking, not too interested in how people around him felt, tempery, a little tight. Grandma - don't know. I think sensor. Preferred working outdoors to being in the with the kids. Hardworking. Mostly took things at face value. Interested in community life more than anything. Attachment to photo albums and journalling (but no juicy stuff in them, just facts), also observed community people's birthdays etc.

Maternal grandmother was ISTJ, I think. Maternal grandfather is ISFJ. My mother has a sister who's ISTJ. Lots of Si doms on that side of the family. Don't know my dad's parents well enough to say, but there seems to be quite a bit of Ne among his siblings based on what I've seen.

I also have a half-brother. Same ISFJ mom as me, and I think his dad's ISTJ, and he's ISTP.

Not much N in my family; not much J either. A very artisan family. If type really is genetic, I'd have to be ESTP.

Seems to be almost entirely a J family, mostly S, but I came out NTP. Father's mother seemed ExTJ, and I'm trying to figure out S/N. Could go either way. Her sister is probably ENFJ. One of her sons (a second cousin) seems to be ESTP. Otherwise, it seems almost everyone on both sides is SJ, with my mother's nothing having been possibly an F, and everyone else, a T.

I think the hereditary factor might be temperament more than functions. Temperament might be the primary factor of personality, with the functions being preferred based on temperament needs.
So the family is mostly Melancholy (Which is both SJ and/or IST), but there is Choleric on my father's side, and seemingly some Supine on both sides. This came together for me, as INP + NT.
