Extroverts:Over-reliance on your auxiliary function

When I was younger I used to be in the here and now, alert, attentive, didn't overanalyze everything. However, over the last 5-6 years, I have become really spacey, unaware of things (to the extent of what N-doms tend to describe), and overanalyze anything and everything. It's just gotten worse over the years. It's almost like I was a definite ENFJ for 14 years and then for the last 6 years, I have been living like an INFJ.
Has anyone else dealt w/ this dilemma? What caused you to be like that?

Sounds like you're just developing the ol' auxiliary more. I don't know if it's over-reliance, but I can relate to truly feeling the auxiliary more over time.

Work it to your advantage.. embrace the positive aspects of Ni and actively try them out. I'm sure Ni-ers will have more to say about those..

I hear ya. Just once I'd like to feel more like other ENFPs. My Fi is so strong, it's pretty much the same as my Ne. More happy-go-lucky moments please.
