Which type are the biggest assholes?

My initial response was "ESTJ".

but there's enough of a trend: ISTJ and ESTJ.

I bet a bunch of people are gonna say ESTJ!

But there are good and nice ESTJs.

In my opinion, people that think certain types have a tendency to be assholes are the assholes.

There are ASSHOLES of EVERY MBTI type imaginable.

Variation in human beings especially those relating to their upbringing and how they were raised to deal with people matters way more in determining whether they are an asshole or not than their MBTI type.

This is what I was thinking as well, but moreso the ExTJ types because they're more outwardly directive. ExTP's have Fe tertiary, so I find they usually know when to quit. I actually have not met one mean or asshole-ish ExTP, but I have met more than my fair share of asshole-ish ExTJ's.

Many of the ESTJs I have met have given other ESTJs a very bad reputation.

That said, I do know two very nice ladies who are confirmed ESTJs.

They tend not to listen to logic even when they are wrong.

anyone can be an a-hole. Your a-hole-ness is not determined by your personality type. I am an INFJ, a very rare type and proud of it.

There are people in my life who have actually called me an a-hole to my face

There are others who I know that believe I am an a-hole

There are others who appreciate my company

There are others who do not mind if I am near them or not

And there are others who adore me, like me, think I am frign hilarious and want to be around me a lot.

It is an issue of compatibility, not personality type.

ESFJs...for sure. If there's nothing to nitpick or cause drama about...they'll create something. These are the REAL "architects".
