That's not what I'm concerned about though; I'm looking for personality types that are more sexually open and promiscuous on average (As a guy, the reason is obvious!)

I get it. But my position is simple:

No matter what portion you believe a personality trait to be influenced by nature, versus that which you attribute to nurture, the personality is still overridden by things such as psychological disorders and mental diseases. And in the area of promiscuity, several of these overriding factors must be considered.

So in short, you need to be seeking out nymphs, porn stars, and gay males (depending on your position), rather than personality types.

INTJs as far as I know tend to be the most open minded about sex, since they do not attach much value to social stigmas and image issues.

I have never had more that one partner at a time, and most of those tend to be long term arrangements I expect adequate amounts of sexing in. Was never into the whole who my baby daddy thing....or STDs.

That said how can bi folk being promiscuous be less offensive than fingering the gays?

SPs, but I know many who are far from promiscuous. It seems far less to do with type than moral stance and how balanced they are as a person. I noticed very imbalanced people are sex crazed. It's like they have to make up for lack of other qualities, or it's like a drug to drown out things they don't want to think about.

This is what I was going to say! When I hear "sexually liberal" I think pro-sexuality, slightly hippieish, likely to favor amateur porn rather than plasticky mainstream stuff, not necessarily kinky but able to say, "I don't share your fetish but I still respect you." Like the nice guy who runs ErosBlog.com

Promiscuous, to me, generally implies a degree of guilt or hypocrisy. Very different from being sexually liberal!

ESFJ? for real?

All the ESFJ (females I know) abhor sex and avoid it as much as possible.

I don't know any ESTP's aside from my 16yr sis and she's still to immature/socially conditioned just yet to use her in my evaluation.

The ESFP (females I know) are only hedonists in the sense that they sleep around alot more freely, but sexually still pretty traditional. They get shocked when I tell them things.

I would say ENxP ftw.

The most promiscuous people I know are ESFJs. I know more promiscuous SPs than SJs, but the promiscuous SJs take the cake regarding the number of partners they have had(male and female). I know one confirmed ENTP male, and he was strategically, rather than impulsively, promiscuous. He was up there with the SJs, and was, according to him, conducting something of an "experiment". I know a couple of confirmed ENTP women who have been very promiscuous.

I don't know any promiscuous NFs. The ENFs that I know of seem to be the kinkiest(along with the NT men I've known and who talk about these things); but yea, don't know even one NF who is promiscuous(or is open about it). I agree with you about the SPs, and I think the same applies to the SJs I've known. The SPs might be shocked when they hear about something they've never tried, but then their curiosity gets sparked and they get interested. The SJs are less open or interested in trying something new that initially shocks them.

Like an ESFJ I know is somewhat promiscuous, but it's not really because she wants sex so much, but mostly because of "societal expectations". The thing she likes about sex is feeling wanted and desirable, because what she truly wants is love.

ESFJs are supposedly the most openly friendly of the types. The ones I know who are promiscuous are such mainly because they meet lots of people, they like lots of people, and their touchy feeliness lands them in bed with people. They don't put as much thought into the potential for things going wrong or much else(S v N), and just go with it. ESFJ could be stereotyped as a people pleasing type, and I think they are more prone to doing what is expected of them(including, having sex because they believe that's what the other person wants from them).

I'm a hippy and I am not sexually liberal.

I am not sexually liberal because I notice sex comes in two packages.

The first is physical which we are all familiar with, and indeed some of us take precautions against physical infection.

And the second package is psychological. And being invisible is hard to see. And very few of us take precautions against psychological infection.

And yet most of us are familiar with the cynical truism not to have sex with someone who has more problems than oneself. And like most truisms, it contains a grain of truth.

But what we are most blind to is that we are transformed every time we have sex. We are obviously transformed physically by the foreplay, the plateau, the orgasm and the afterglow. But the psychological transformation that comes with the physical transformation is far less obvious.

And the fact is we can be transformed for the better or for the worse.

In physical transformation we take on some of the physical characteristics of our lover. And in psychological transformation, we take on some of the psychological characteristics of our lover.

We readily use prophylactics to protect ourselves physically but we don't think to protect ourselves psychologically.

But it is worse than mere protection, for we don't have a plan for transformation.

But what you might ask would a plan for sexual transformation look like?

Well it might look like Tantric Sex.

We all know that what we eat today walks and talks tomorrow. Well, our appetite for sex leads us in the same direction.

And it is a very good idea to know where we are going and who we are going with.

Since they are Se dominants they come off as friendly and easy to approach. Yes they are friendly and easy to approach.
But it does not mean they'll sleep with you just because you'll say Hi to them.

Eventually if you play your cards right they might sleep with you. Any girl would. But (when it comes to ESxP girls) not before you throw a SHIT TON of money at their feet.

ESxP girls would run circles around you. Especially around INTJs. I don't know the reason they like INTJs so much. But for ESFPs, INTJs are like gold mines.
