I am curious if these behaviors are those of a judging type..

-Rarely on time

-Stylish but out of style

-Constantly moving (changing address)

-Trouble paying bills

-A general feeling that the world is "out to get them"

-Emotional dependence.. literally thinking that only love can save them

-A lack of responsibility to obligations..because "my feelings have been hurt"
i.e. "I don't want pay my landlord because she is a bitch".. or "I am not going to return this thing I borrowed because this person disrespected me"

-Not finishing what they start..

seriously this sounds like P to me.. but I am no expert

Yes, these are definately common P traits The rest aren't really P or J.
