Motivational Posters for different Types

Someone called for ISTJ posters. I found some.

Some of those struck me as being more ESTJ.

Yeah I thought so too. Though to be honest the dividing line between ISTJ and ESTJ is getting more confused for me as time goes on. I must refresh my memory, lol.

EDIT: Maybe the "Anything you say will be taken down and used as evidence" one is more ESTJ. Also the "Do it perfectly or I'll castrate you" one seriously reminds me of my ESTJ housemate.

ISTJ's corrections are much more detail oriented. ESTJ will correct how you do something or what you're doing. ISTJ will correct inconsistencies.
