I'd say that nearly all of the people I've crossed paths with while climbing up/skiing down backcountry mountains, are ISTPs. We're the only ones who climbing up solo, getting to the top, and then skiing down, appeals to...

I'd also say that the majority of skiers/snowboarders who are really skiers/riders are probably xSTPs. (Not the people who take a 2 runs down the learning area, then go shopping instead.)

From what I hear, a lot of the NTs are filtered off into "background" work like Army Intel. I bet they put the NFs in support so they don't frag their squad on accident. Or go native.

I'm honestly glad I didn't join the Infantry, which I thought about doing, only because I'm a space cadet. I don't want to forget what I'm doing for ten minutes and get [the wrong] people killed.
