Recent research found out relations between mental health and type. ENFJ was the most healthy type.

ENTJ was more represented in groups that "did well", even though they were less healthy. Researchers think that there is a demand for harsh approach, where someone who's less accommondating might do better in some circumstances.

So if this is true, ENFJ and ENTJ take the top spots in power held. Opinions?

They would be prone to narcissism if unbalanced.

Each type can be prone to mental illness if their functions are unbalanced or skewed towards internal or external direction, failing to provide balance.

Well, they are definitely in the top spots of taking action to accomplish their goals and change their lives as needed, accompanied by some visionary foresight. (they're not prone to just be tolerating stuff, living in denial, suffering indecision, and the like over the long-term.)

that might make them prone to generate unhappiness in others, though, depending on how healthy they actually are.
