Hello everyone! Introverted Intuition (Ni) is oftentimes correlated with long-term planning. Extroverted intuition (Ne) is also seen as a planning and future projecting function except it's more chaotic, less efficient, and non-linear when it comes to trying to achieve the long-term goal. I think the biggest misconception about Extroverted Intuition is that those with Introverted Intuition don't think Ne is actually planning since Ne plans on throwing the plan away and get deviated. As a result, Ne improvises instead which is not planning. However, from my own personal experience, Ne is indeed planning and it does reach the long-term goal despite the deviation and the non-linear way to reach the end goal.
