I read a very interesting book on how the different types behave under extreme stress of not getting their needs met. I have found another message board online where someone gives a very good thumbnail sketch on what the book is about, it is about half way down the page on the post in this link.

I made this it's own thread instead of posting it to the book review thread because I hoped that once some people read that post in the link they might want to disucss the issues raised and how they think about them. I have found this book very fascinating myself.

What do others think about ?

It is funny but I can look back over my childhood and see the Rational's games of Nitpick, Superstition, Haunted in me.

I can definately see some of the games in my relatives.

In terms of what sets me off, the rational does get more than other types. In terms of responses, though, I tend to go a mix of the "rational" and "artisan" ones.
