How to re-awaken dominant function

I haven't been to this forum for several years but when I was last here, I wrote a post that said that I can achieve intellectual purity only by a complete disconnection with reality. For 4 or 5 years I did achieve a complete disconnection from reality.

But now my dominant function (Se) has fallen asleep now. How do I re-awaken it?

Work out, get out into nature, rock climb, swim, garden, do home repairs, ride a bike take a martial art, build computers, set up aquariums, theres so much stuff. Se is all around you, just reach out and take hold of your destiny!

I built a computer last year. All that other stuff never interested me to start with though so I don't think it'll help me re integrate with reality

The point is, if you want to reintigrate with reality you got to get out there and get your hands on it. You'll never do that if you stay stuck in your head about it.

I've never been a hands on kind of person. I was integrated with reality before without being hands on.
