Hello everyone! In this part 4 group interview with all types that have Extroverted Intuition, Introverted Feeling, Extroverted Thinking, and Introverted Sensing in their function stack, we discuss NF (Ne+Fi) Consume. During the interview Jonathan (ENFP), Natacha (INFP), Hannah (ISTJ), Heather (ESTJ), and Cinzia (ENFP) shared their experience using NF (Ne+Fi) consume. During this discussion, we talked about gathering new information for the self. We also discussed finding meaning from new life experiences. One aspect of NF consume we talked about is finding the right building to climb in real life so you actually enjoy the career path that you have chosen. We also talked about being able to gather other people's patterns and inner selves. In this topic, we also talked about gathering the vibe of other people. Finally, we talked about savouring things that we consume and really enjoying it as oppose to just ticking off a box. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Rose about what it's like to be an INTP Ti-Ne CS/P(B) FF. During the interview, Rose talked about her Masculine Ti and Masculine Ne and how aggressive she is at consuming new information. Even if the information is not that great, she can find something she likes about the information she consumes. Rose also talked about preserving her energy a lot and making sure she follows a daily routine to maintain her body. She also talked about needing to double the time to recover after socializing or doing something strenuous. Rose talked about being balanced with chaos and control and when planning to go someplace, she always tacks in an additional 15 minutes for any possible chaos that could come her way. Rose talked about crying easily because of her Feminine Fe at the bottom but would still prefer someone to tell her the Ti truth instead of lying to spare her feelings. Rose talked about her sexual modalities and how the ambiance of a room has to be visually pleasing to her. We also talked about her sense of smell which could possibly be a part of being a tester and she mentioned how keen her sense of smell is and how she likes having candles and nice scents. Hello everyone! In this part 1 of the group interview with all types that have Extroverted Sensing, Introverted Feeling, Extroverted Thinking, and Introverted Intuition in their function stack, we discussed NF (Ni+Fi) Sleep. Julien (ISFP), Sheila (ISFP), Abby (ESFP), Gray (ENTJ), and Vivian (INTJ) talked about how their personality uses their NF sleep and how they found purpose and meaning from within. The interesting thing is that they all discovered it differently from one another depending on their specific personality type. They also talked about their personal code or mantra that they adhere to before making any decisions. All four of these individuals talked about how they set boundaries with other people and how they preserve their energy. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this part 2 of the group interview with all types that have Extroverted Sensing, Introverted Feeling, Extroverted Thinking, and Introverted Intuition in their function stack, we discussed ST (Se+Te) Play. Julien (ISFP), Sheila (ISFP), Abby (ESFP), Gray (ENTJ), and Vivian (INTJ) talked about how their personality uses their ST Play and how they connect and gather facts from the tribe. Gray and Abby are "play" first and so it's their natural inclination to talk to the tribe and gather facts from them. Sheila enjoys interacting with the tribe and gathering information from others. Vivian prefers to gather facts later on the day when her energy levels are higher. Julien doesn't trust the tribe with information and prefers to gather the information himself. This makes perfect sense as Julien is Play last and connecting with the tribe is not high in his list of priorities. He does like doing work with the tribe and in terms of connecting with other people, work is his preferred method to do so. We also covered how each of them expends energy for others, liking dad jokes and obvious sarcastic humour. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this part 3 of the group interview with all types that have Extroverted Sensing, Introverted Feeling, Extroverted Thinking, and Introverted Intuition in their function stack, we discussed SF (Se+Fi) Consume. Julien (ISFP), Sheila (ISFP), Abby (ESFP), Gray (ENTJ), and Vivian (INTJ) talked about how their personality uses their SF Consume to gather new information and new experiences. Gray and Abby shared how they felt like the tribe is a threat and consuming can be scary for them. This is because both of them have masculine Te and perceive the tribe as scary. Julien talked about consuming things that are already within his current interest. Vivian's consume is several years delayed as a result of having it last. And Sheila loves consuming anything new. Sheila and Abby both share the fact that they both love consuming for the act of consuming; though, once Abby has purchased something new, she loses interest right away. Sheila, however, savors her new thing. She uses a new towel as an example of a new item that she would absolutely love just because it's new. We also discussed living in the moment and deriving joy from the new. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this part 4 of the group interview with all types that have Extroverted Sensing, Introverted Feeling, Extroverted Thinking, and Introverted Intuition in their function stack, we discussed NT (Ni+Te) Blast. Sheila (ISFP), Abby (ESFP), Gray (ENTJ), and Vivian (INTJ) talked about how their personality uses their NT Blast to teach their known information to other people. Part of NT blast is problem-solving for the tribe and Sheila mentioned she finds this aspect very difficult and often relies on others to do it instead. Vivian has trouble talking about NT blast because for an INTJ, it's like breathing oxygen making it very hard to explain to others. Abby has partial use of NT blast because she teaches as part of her job but it's still hard for her because it uses her 3rd and 4th functions. It's also double masculine so Abby fears using it because it can be quite controlling and unpleasant (according to her at least). Gray is double-activated NT blast which allows her to use it quite well even if her Ni is in a demon state. The final part of the interview is when everyone tried explaining how to use NT blast and this part was extremely engaging for me as they all came to agree on how they narrow down their ideas using their Ni and dumb it down so that everyone can understand the concepts. Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Alica about what it's like to be an ISTJ Si-Fi SC/P(B) FF. What I liked about this interview is how Alica talked about fear of chaos. Because Ne is extroverted, when she freaks out about chaos, it's happening externally and doesn't feel personal. It's not the same as when someone offends her because it will hit her Fi which feels personal since it's internal. Alica also talked about the importance of personal space with Si and how hugs were weird to her at first and it was something she had to get used to. And while hugs are something she got used to, side kisses are still weird to her. Alica talked about being a double decider and being balanced with her Fi and Te and how blast (Si+Te) is the hardest thing in the world for her. She also discussed being energy dominant. One interesting comment she said was that her consume (Ne+Fi) is double masculine and so aggressive that she felt like throwing up at times at the sheer amount of new information she sometimes consumes. Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Darryl about what it's like to be an INFJ jumper Ni-Ti SB/P(C) MF. This interview was very fun and easy to do because my type (Ne-Te ENFP) has a very easy time talking to Ni-Ti INFJs. Darryl really demonstrated how good his NF blast is when he was talking about motivation and believing in yourself. The good thing about his NF blast is that it's back up by his well-thought-out Ti and Ni-Ti sleep. Darryl also talked about how figuring things out is very personal to him. The second half of the interview has an interesting turn of events when we talked about his SF play and ST consume. Darryl had a sudden realization that consume is the key to rapid growth and it feels like cheating being able to gather new information from the tribe. I shared my experience with travelling with Darryl which seems to have an effect on his opinion of travelling thanks to its potential for rapid personal growth and happiness. Hello INTJs! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Max about what it's like to be an INTJ Ni-Fi SC/P(B) MF. First, Max is an interesting case because his Se+Fi (SF Consume) is double masculine making him the most balanced INTJ type. IxxJ types like organizing their known information but Max said that your Ni can only be as good as the Se that you gathered. Max also spent some time talking about his subconscious. Despite being Ni-Te blast last, he was able to explain his theories. It's clear that blasting is challenging for him but he did his best and got his information across. Max also said that his feminine Te is the hardest function for him to use because his Fi is a jerk and wants to do things by himself instead of working with other people. I also pointed out that Max looks like Jeff Cavaliere from AthleanX. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Justin about what it's like to be an ENTP Ne-Ti CP/S(B) FF. Justin and I had a lengthy conversation on why work for him is personal while emotions are not. Justin talked about how he went on a date with a girl who started crying about her cat and he also cried. However, those were not his tears but instead, just his Fe mirroring the emotion of the tribe. He said the same thing would happen to him when his mom would cry when he was younger. He talked about work being personal because of his Ti and Si and how he doesn't like asking for help. However, the one time he did ask for help with a childhood friend when he was going through a dark time in his life left him with a lot of feeling of gratitude that his own tears came out instead of the tribe. Justin talked about the difficulties of using his SF (Si+Fe) blast and we had a lengthy discussion trying to figure out how he would stack his SF blast. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Evelien about what it's like to be an INTP jumper Ti-Si SC/P(B) FM. Evelyn's INTP variation is pretty rare as she is a visual and a jumper type. Evelyn talked about having double feminine ST sleep (Si+Ti) and while she spends all day processing her thoughts and ideas, she tends to forget all of them all the time. She's also more controlled than the typical INTP as a result of being a jumper type and she avoids chaos as much as she possibly can. Evelien talked about her double activated consume (Ne+Ti) and spending a big chunk of the day learning and gathering information. Evelien makes gothic music which is her hobby outside her day job (she works in IT). Her music appears to be her outlet for her SF blast (Si+Fe) which is her 4th and weakest animal. Evelien is in a strange situation now because she spent a big chunk of her life avoiding people and connections. Recently, she realized she likes the personality community and actually wants to make friends and discuss personality ideas with others. She's not liking this change because she likes to be in a state of homeostasis and this new change is breaking that homeostasis. I mentioned to Evelien that it's like moving to a nicer house and the moving process is painful and difficult but once you've settled in your new nicer place, then you'll have a better life. Evelien would like to explore the idea of blasting more (Si+Fe) so she can get more feedback on her music and refine it over time. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this part 1 of the group interview with all types that have Extroverted Feeling, Introverted Thinking, Extroverted Intuition, and Introverted Sensing in their function stack, we discussed how each type uses their ST (Si+Ti) Sleep. Rose (ISFJ), Isaac (ESFJ), Julie (INTP), Emily (ENTP), and Andreas (INTP) talked about how doing work is personal for them and they don't want help from anybody. However, it's not as black and white as that. For Emily (ENTP), she's okay with delegating specific tasks to people but her main task must be done by her. Rose (ISFJ), has double feminine ST sleep and is okay with doing work with other people as long as there's a small piece of that work that's all to herself. Isaac has double masculine ST sleep wants to do all the work himself and would only ask for help if he absolutely needs help. But, oftentimes, he will hide his work from other people so no one tries to Te (Extroverted Thinking) help him. For example, he said when moving, he won't tell anyone until he needs help moving the big physical stuff like his bed. Andreas (INTP) doesn't want help from anyone else as well but does want to connect with people emotionally (Fe). Because Julie is sleep last and feminine with the tribe, she's okay with asking for help from others. We also covered ST favour points collecting from ESFJs which can be the dark side to that specific type. However, for INTPs, it turns out it's positive to build up favour points because they're not doing enough of it. ISFJs and ENTPs are not weird with the favour points thing but they're more concerned about the money thing. ENTPs for example are really cheap with money but have no problem making it rain if they care about what they are spending it on. Rose said that it's not about the money she's concerned about but having the ability to be self-sufficient so that if she wants money, she can get it anytime she wants. The ST sleep part we forgot to cover is "having a body that works" which we actually covered in part 3 of this interview (NT Consume).

Hello everyone! In this part 2 of the group interview with all types that have Extroverted Feeling, Introverted Thinking, Extroverted Intuition, and Introverted Sensing in their function stack, we discussed how each type use NF (Ne+Fe) Play. Rose (ISFJ), Isaac (ESFJ), Julie (INTP), Emily (ENTP), and Andreas (INTP) talked about how they each individually use NF. First, Isaac said that he uses NF to show empathy for teachers and be that kid in front of the class when he was in high school to ask questions (pinging off the tribe). Rose also said she was very nice to teachers but broke a lot of rules when the teacher wasn't looking (Ne chaos). Isaac also mentioned he broke a lot of rules when he was younger. Andreas and Julie both talked about using NF play to ping off the tribe. Julie especially likes knowing what people are doing with their lives so she can outsource that part of her life to other people. Ironically, Emily who is the ExxP of the group actually followed most of the rules even though she is technically the most chaotic person in the group. We also discussed how they use NF play to learn from others, especially Isaac and Rose who has consume last. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this part 3 of the group interview with all types that have Extroverted Feeling, Introverted Thinking, Extroverted Intuition, and Introverted Sensing in their function stack, we discussed how each type use NT (Ne+Ti) Consume. Rose (ISFJ), Isaac (ESFJ), Julie (INTP), Emily (ENTP), and Andreas (INTP) talked about how they each individually use NT Consume. During this group interview, we discussed gathering new information for self. We also talked about having self-awareness from an outside perspective and it was interesting how the consume last individuals (Isaac, Rose, and Andreas) had trouble seeing how they outwardly came across. We also went back to some ST sleep topic that we missed in the first part of the interview and talked about the concept of a "body that works". And Isaac said if he goes hiking and starts bleeding, he would just ignore it. Others with sleep last (Emily and Julie) also have trouble seeing doctors or any health professionals on a regular basis. Rose was actually the one that is the most on top of things when it comes to seeing doctors, dentists, etc because of her fear of chaos and wanting to make sure she's on top of things when it comes to this area. Hello everyone! In this part 4 of the group interview with all types that have Extroverted Feeling, Introverted Thinking, Extroverted Intuition, and Introverted Sensing in their function stack, we discussed how each type use NT (Ne+Ti) Consume. Rose (ISFJ), Isaac (ESFJ), Julie (INTP), Emily (ENTP), and Andreas (INTP) talked about how they each individually use SF Blast. During this final part of this interview, Isaac talked about SF blast being a double-edged sword. Yes, you can get people to behave better and he talked about shushing people who weren't paying attention to the teacher when he was younger. At the same time, the SF part of SF blast made Isaac aware that it's not cool to be shushing people so he made sure to respect the SF part later on. Rose used to make rude chaotic t-shirts when she was younger which was very SF cool. Andreas does the whole rapping thing and he's also the biggest blaster in this group. Probably because he is saviour Di and is not as hesitant to blast even though Isaac and Rose have double-activated blast. Emily uses SF blast to troll people and Julie uses SF blast to be the "controller" in her family since her husband is even more chaotic than her. Watch this group interview here:

Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Edwin about what it's like to be an ENFP Ne-Te PC/B(S) FF. At first, I was wondering why Edwin was typed as PC instead of PB because he is extroverted to hell. However, as we talked, I did notice he wasn't using Si-Te as much but just pure chaotic Ne-Te. Edwin did eventually use some Si-Te further in the interview. Despite Edwin being tribe above self, because he has consume high in his animal stack, he's actually not too bad when it comes to ejecting himself from tribe interaction when he feels that it's getting more toxic. He still has a lot of tribe issues since he is double-activated Play (Ne-Te) and being Sleep (Si+Fi) last. He did have a phase in his life when he did a lot of SF which is one aspect of the SF last. However, deep emotional processing is still something Edwin has trouble with. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Darrell about what it's like to be an ENTP Ne-Ti CP/B(S) MM. The first thing we talked about is Darrell being info-dominant. As the interview progressed, I noticed how insane Darrell's channel changing is when it comes to changing topics. He can't even fake he is not an ExxP with the sheer amount of channel changing he is doing. One of Darrell's biggest struggles with the ST Sleep last has got to be taking care of his fitness health. He said it's been the major issue in his life that holds him back from dating and buying nicer clothes. Darrell also talked about his career as an attorney, his sexual modalities, and went into detail about his masculine extroverted feeling. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Whitney about what it's like to be an ENTJ Te-Se PC/S(B) FM. Whitney is a chaotic type of ENTJ and you can see that she changes subject really quickly. At her core, she still has the same problems as other ENTJs who are doing so much for other people and other people are not reciprocating to help her back. She gave an example where her husband would come home from work and go straight to playing video games instead of helping her. She does think it's ridiculous because she knows if she asks him for help, he would help her out. But because Whitney is Ni-Te (blast) last, she has trouble speaking up to the tribe and communicating what she wants from them. We also covered her masculine Ni and how she tunneled vision on one specific area she has always wanted to finish and school and never got a chance to do so. She also talked about forgetting facts because of her feminine Se. She also perceives the tribe as threatening because of her masculine Te. Her Fi is the toughest for her and still views herself as her 15-year-old self. She said that was the best time of her life because there were no responsibilities and often look back and reminisce about that time period. One interesting note is that Whitney did a lot of jobs in the past because she thought those specific jobs would be cool (bartender, manager). And later on, we realized that it's because she is double-activated SF consume that caused her to make those decisions. Watch this interview here:

Hello everyone! In this interview, I got a chance to talk to Sasha on what it's like to be an INTP Ti-Ne CP/B(S) FF. Sasha is the most extroverted variation of the INTP type and you can see that when she has no brakes when explaining her logic and thought process. She also loves playing with the tribe as a result of her double activated play (Ne+Fe). Our conversation got real interesting when we touched on her ST sleep (Ti+Si). We came to the conclusion that one good way for INTPs (or anyone with the same function stack such as ENTP, ISFJ, and ESFJ) can determine if they're doing good use of their ST sleep if by the number of "prototypes" they've created in their life. Those with this function stack are essentially inventors deep down inside and the more prototypes you create, the more progress you are making. The last part of our interview was a deep dive discussion on how to truly make time to work on your 4th demon function and 4th demon animal. The problem with working on your 4th demon function and animal is that it's just not sustainable. You are still your type and if you are an ExxP, you'll want to gather, IxxJs will want to organize, and ExxJs will want to focus on other people. So even if you try to go all in your 4th function and animal, it is not sustainable in the long run unless you have a positive outlet to do the default programming of your type (gathering, organizing, focus on others, focus on self). Our final conclusion is for our specific type with sleep last, we need to do a self audit of our time and what exactly we are doing. That way, we can find the areas that are negative. The goal is not to remove all your vice, but to find a way to live with them so they are not destructive. From there, schedule ample of time to work on your demons. And when I say ample, I mean...A LOT of time. For example, schedule 6 hours to do 15 minute work towards your demon because 5 hour and 45 mins of it is just you fighting that inner resistance to not do it. Overtime, you will get better at it and you can do 30 minutes (or more) of work towards your demon in that allotted 6 hours. Watch this interview here:
