Many may find me intereresting online and then realize that I am actually "cold as ice". (especially Sx people)

I'm like the opposite lol. Ppl who i've met from online world were like "wtf" .. didn't know what hit them. Words are pithy form of expression for me.

People often confuse being an sx dominant with having a high libido. While sex can play a role, it's intimacy and deep connection that sx doms crave. This is why relationships between two sx doms can be mind blowing.

I would say it's more chemistry.... it can be deep in that chemistry brings you together with someone/some people who will ~go there~ with you.

I have been thinking about this...before I encountered the enneagram I was caught up in the idea that I was "unlovable." Through text, it was densely interpreted as "oh that's just heart type," but in actuality what I was trying to convey was way more than that. Adolescence onwards my psychological health pivoted almost completely around whether someone I was attracted to, was attracted to me or not. I did believe for the longest time that it was impossible to be attracted to me. I must be so "repulsive." With ensuing self-harm, depression, suicidal ideation, not paying any attention to my classes and grades (undergrad and upwards - but I have still gotten as far as I have, mostly based on my own merit I guess, not hardwork), alienating people, not putting effort into having deeper relationships with my friends since I unloaded my sx wounding and pain in my conversations with them - it seems like that was the primary purpose those friendships served, not caring about literally anything else in the world besides finding that "soulmate," years of pain leading to weird anxieties suddenly popping up around appearance...etc.

so like, I mean, I wish sx was more healthy for me, and I am working on it, but it is a visceral and deep wound that cannot easily be healed.
