The shredding claws are helpful when you're pulling 75 lbs of pork. But you still have to go through it with your hands so a $2 bag of food grade gloves is the only must have item.

I was going to say that, people can say those things are crap but I bought them and they're actually great at doing what they were intended for, also I've got a kuckle duster for tenderising meats and it works great too.

I've got one of those, it works alright, there's a couple of improved ideas available on the market these days, something like an electric razor for removing the hard skin.

What recipes do you recommend for the leftover cheese you make?
