Red sticker I'm putting on unhealthy food, Amber sticker I'm putting on moderate healthy food such as processed frozen meat, carbohydrates, breakfast cereal and Green stickers for healthy foods.
I feel like doing this to educate my older sister with learning difficulties who eats poorly but heart-idly, and I've got an older member of the family who's set in their ways and knows they should be taking the doctor more seriously and myself, lest I forget the next time I eat a whole pack of cookies with fruit juice.
