One cup of coffee, though 2 would be good. One cup of matcha green tea.

typical workday, i'll have one 16 ounce cold brew in the morning which is probably equal to 3 cups of coffee caffeine-wise. i usually drink it on an empty stomach and it leaves me nice and cracked out all day.

on my days off, i try to avoid coffee and have a couple cups of tea.

If we’re talking standard 6-8oz cups of coffee, I typically have 4, but I drink from a 10oz mug, so I count it as 2 cups. One right when I wake up, to go with breakfast, & another an hour or so later.

I drink a cup of green tea later in the day if I want more caffeine, & a cup of valerian tea around bedtime.

Occasionally (usually during a really long day— like a holiday— where I need an extra boost), I’ll have another cup before a big dinner, & another small one to sip with dessert. I love coffee with my desserts.

Used to drink over a full-sized pot a day in my 20s, when I worked full-time/was in college full-time, & immersed in theater production/rehearsals. It was free at work. Now in my mid-30s, my stomach can’t take the acidity of that much coffee. Plus, it made me forget to eat too often back then, & I accidentally dropped a ton of weight I hadn’t meant to. Never got enough sleep. It wasn’t healthy at all.

If this answers the question, this morning I couldn't decide between coffee, milk, and tea, so I had all three.

It's not an easy task really and it's best for everyone to think about where to find one. I found the birth of the commercial coffee machine here and you can also easily learn all about coffee machines here and decide for yourself. This is more important than ever and I hope it will be useful to you.
Thank you so much for sharing this. I will be looking into it.

30 ounces (saves on all this cup size confusion). I have a small coffee maker that markets itself as 5 cups (6 ounce ones). So I know it's 30 oz. I use a 16oz coffee mug so I get two of those with room for cream/sugar per pot.
