Salad of mixed greens, peeled and seeded cucumbers, turkey, bacon, and brown rice, with lemon chive dressing, and a baguette.

    It was delicious.

This morning: a gluten-free waffle, toasted crispy, spread lightly with ghee, topped with an egg over easy and sprinkled with crunchy sea salt and herbs de provence.

I have rediscovered yogurt with fruit on the bottom after a hiatus of many years. My digestive system isn't racist against yogurt, it seems.
[Trump's] rhetoric is not an abuse of power. In the same way that it's also not against the law to do a backflip off of the roof of your house onto your concrete driveway. It's just mind-numbingly stupid and, to say the least, counterproductive. - Bush did 9-11

Chicken wrapped with prosciutto, basil, and provolone with mom's home made marinara sauce.
