What is this? How is it made? I am totally intrigued by this. Is it Asian or Indian cuisine?
All for ourselves, and nothing for other people, seems, in every age of the world, to have been the vile maxim of the masters of mankind.

Kind of like onigiri. It's Japanese. Basically a rice ball with something salty or sour inside, like salted salmon or a pickled vegetable.

I didn't have anything 'traditional' so I just used a normal pickle and a little soy sauce.
