    Lunch: French fries
    Dinner: Hash browns
    Midnight snack: Probably more french fries

    There is nothing wrong with a diet of potatoes. I'm the same with bread. Wheat, sourdough, french, I could eat it every meal.

    I went to an Italian deli and got a sub with red and green peppers, eggplant, lettuce, tomato, and vinaigrette. I also got this to drink and it was really good.

    Snacking on baby carrots, eggplant hummus from TJ's, and a little bit of extra sharp white cheddar cheese. Trying to compensate for the fact that I ate a giant cinnamon roll for lunch.
