Now here's a dish I can get behind -- A little scrambled eggs with rice, smothered in pepperjack and cheddar cheese.

The bulk of my diet at home includes eggs, toast, cashews, peanuts, dried/ fresh fruit, rice, canned soup, and packaged paneer/ curry dishes. At work I buy a lot of sushi and chicken dumpling dishes.

I am thinking about eating dried cranberry jam spread on baguette toast in the future.
