    poached <3 eggs benedict/florentine
    scrambled

    i love runny yolks

this is my favourite egg dish in the whole world:

el club allard's eggs with bread and pancetta
served over a light potato cream sauce with
the yolk just gushing out when i tap the crisp
bread with my fork. oh my.

this dish won the pilpil gastronomic prize in 2011.
man always love the simple dishes.
every normal man must be tempted, at times,
to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag,
    and begin slitting throats.

Here's a ridiculously detailed article on making the perfect soft boiled egg. I found it in my search for how to do Onsen Tamago.

The first thing that came to mind was inside of ovaries

My actual favorite is eggs benedict though I had these really good eggs with crab in a sort of shoestring potato sauteed not hash but similar with hollandaise on the side. très magnifique!
For all that we have done, as a civilization, as individuals, the universe is not stable, and nor is any single thing within it. Stars consume themselves, the universe itself rushes apart, and we ourselves are composed of matter in constant flux. Colonies of cells in temporary alliance, replicating and decaying and housed within, an incandescent cloud of electrical impulses. This is reality, this is self knowledge, and the perception of it will, of course, make you dizzy.

Poached. Every time. All the time.

Its one of the first things I was able to cook independently.

I love egg bread too. Not eggy bread. Not french toast. Egg bread.
