Lemon whippersnappers

1 lemon betty crocker cake mix
1 8oz tub of cool whip
1 egg
powdered sugar

Mix the cake mix, cool whip, and egg together.
Cool and chill overnight.

Bake at 325 on cookie sheet for 14-16 minutes.

Drop a teaspoon of dough into powdered sugar, roll into ball and place on sheet.

Once removed from oven, let cookies rest for a few minutes before serving.

Sounds good. I printed the recipe. I am going to bake these with nutmeg and double ginger. Thanks for sharing!

ps - they make about a kazillion so you might want to halve the recipe, at least the first time.
