dog sniffs right eye

I tried googling it and came up with nothing. But my dog favors smelling my right eye for some reason, do you know why this could be? and it's only the right never the left.or is my dog weird. surely other people's dogs do this as well.

I'm not sure, but it might be the peanut butter flavored eyeliner you use on that eye.
