This includes all things food and everything else (cosmetics, clothing and shoes etc etc)

Recently I decided to take on a lifestyle change to put my life in a more healthy direction and since I am lactose intolerent and allergic to seafood, I'd been mulling over my choices and the decision to become a vegetarian. And now I just did it. So for anyone who has anything to add, I'd like this thread to be helpful (Because I could use some tips please)
