huevos rancheros, delicious didn't take pics again. I'm sorry I'm just so hungry by the time I'm done cooking that picture taking is the last thing on my mind. I have more important things to do like, eat

Tri-tip roast (I put it in the oven but I really want to grill one of these), home fries with onions, and roasted cauliflower.

Tonight is corn chowder with bacon...lotsa bacon.

For breakfast. Been missing good old fashion cold pizza for breakfast. RAW-style pizza. Made the crusts in advance by dehydrating a nut mixture with flaxseed. The topping is sun-dried tomato sauce and sweet basil pesto (both of which can be stored in the fridge for two weeks). Just made the green topper this morning out of chopped kale, asparagus, and olives.

Onion jerky. Made out of sliced and pureed onions, sunflower seeds, ground flaxseed, and wheat-free soy sauce (tamari) dehydrated until chewy.

Potato, turnip, carrots, onion, cabbage, eggplant.

After

Little bit pepper strong and fennel intense. I'd rate it a 7/10. Not bad for a first attempt. /modest

Something akin to Carrabba's Tag Pic Pac.

Basically:

Julienne cut zucchini sauteed in a pan with sliced garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce. Then angel hair pasta cooked and then lightly sauteed with the vegetables for a couple of mins.

I made fat free brownies for the man... I am suspicious of them, having been raised in an area where fat free was equated with cardboard :thelook:

Sautéed Korean Twist Peppers in soy sauce, with sesame oil, anchovies, and garlic. Served with calrose rice, a simple but tastey meal :).
