- Shrimp
- Cucumber
- Greek yogurt
- Chocolate chips
- Cilantro
- Wonton strips

-Arugula
-Avocado
-Cherry tomatoes
-Anchovies
-Romaine lettuce
-Eggs

I don't make grocery lists except for twice a year (Thanksgiving and Christmas), but I'll try to remember what I bought last week. Dragonfruit, maitake mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms (I eat a lot of mushrooms. . .incredible health benefits for the immune system, hormones, diabetes...I don't have it, and so many others), three red onions, kale (all vegetables are organic), dandelion greens, green lettuce, red leaf lettuce, a dragonfruit drink with probiotics, a natural green tea soap, a shampoo that fights dandruff for my husband, organic frozen vegetables, chicken breasts, chicken tenders, meatless burgers made of different things (but no soy), coconut milk, three cartons of soup (potato and leek, pumpkin, red lentil, two dark chocolate candy bars, some type of lemonade cactus juice (curious), two packages of gluten-free chocolate chip cookies (one for my husband and one for me), extra virgin olive oil, gluten-free apple pop-tarts, some gluten-free frozen dinners for my husband's lunches at work, four fuji apples, argan oil, quinoa, and I think that's all. I'm not eating gluten free as part of the fad though, I had a lot of health issues that kept getting worse, but went away after I went on the diet.
