Oh. It sounds like a recipe for a quiche I used once. This just reminded me to track down that cookbook and get that off of Amazon.

    This week:

Boneless skinless chicken breast tenders (sale, gonna stock freezer)
    Kale
    Spring mix
    Spinach
    Fresh ginger
Dannon Light n’Fit vanilla Greek yogurt quart
    Spicy guacamole single packets
    Boston 100% whole wheat tortillas
    Frozen salmon fillets
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk, shelf stable carton
Kent mangoes (I hate all other kinds.. they’re always fibrous/weird)
Big bag of frozen blueberries for smoothies
    Eggs (on sale for 89c)
5 Rx Bars just for portable food
Unsweetened apple sauce cups (good oatmeal additive or quick food to take w/meds)
Plain old fashioned rolled oats in those big cylinders
    Spicy canned chili
Reduced fat Mexican style shredded cheese
Quinoa & some shiitake or baby portabella mushrooms (thx again to @Yuu for reminding me quinoa exists, haha)

I’d like to get some local honey from somewhere that accepts EBT cards. We’ll see. Bet INTP bestfriend knows a place.

    Next week:

Green Mountain Coffee K-cups (good sale, favorite brand). Probably French vanilla or vanilla caramel cream flavor
Coffeemate - sugarfree italian sweet cream or sugar free vanilla
    Stevia packets
    Beefsteak tomatoes
    Spring mix
    Zucchini
Raw ground turkey burgers w/steakhouse seasoning (I already have some wheat buns in the freezer/everything else)
    1 red onion
    Habanero pepper jack cheese slices
Kettle cooked ridgy sweet potato chips (for turkey burger nights)
    Red pepper hummus
    Few cases of bottled water
    Red grapes
Frozen yogurt quart, probably Kemp’s dark chocolate almond
Sugar cones (good for portion ctrl)
