Anyone know about Chicago Renter's rights?

I'm on a year lease for a condo which is up end of may. My landlord decided to sale the place, I'm scared that she's trying to sale before my lease is up, and I didn't think she could legally kick me out before then unless I wasn't paying rent which I am. But I'm not sure, I really do not want to be kicked out before my lease is up, if she tries to kick us out can I say that she has no legal right to do so until may?
