Make it yourself, you lazy fucks.

    I collect my own mushrooms.

I like Popeye, I tried it in the great state of Texas on a recent trip to the US, its very different from KFC which I think, while they specialise in chicken and people rave about their gravy especially, I think is very generic and no different to the chicken fillet burgers you would get in other fast food outlets.

I liked the side dishes from Popeyes and found that they were different to those available elsewhere, like the fact that you got mash potatoes and gravy as an option, it was a little more like a restaurant which had roots as opposed to the big corporate chains which are just really soulless corporate entities which are like nothing other than themselves.

You can make chicken like Popeye chicken?

I found it very different from any of the Chicken Maryland or Chicken fillets my mum or I or my brother have been able to make at home, I dont know how they do it but its very distinctive, we dont have any of that chain here in the UK (the same as we do not have Raising Cains either, which is disappointing too).

It was good while we were on vacation but I'm not sure about eating it as a diet because of the stories I've read about chlorine chicken.

When I've travelled in Europe, like Paris or Rome, Brussels and Luxemburg once, I've admired the extent to which it is possible to choose not to and that the food will be really good too. Its very different here in the UK. I also think that the chain stores in those places were really good because they had to keep their "corporateness" more low profile.

In my country KFC is a massive part of our culture. It is synonymous with jumping on a boat enjoying the beach and sun and eating salty fried chicken in the salt water while drinking a rum and coke.
I do have to mention that our kfc is better than anywhere else I've ever tried it. I think we season it extra and fry it longer lol.
what I do appreciate about Europe's food chains is that they are more plant based and not such massive conglomerates.
