Diet to kill sex drive?

I want a diet to kill my sex drive. I went for a psychosexual evaluation recently and they suggested that if therapy doesn't work, I should get hormonal therapy using pills. I also want this diet for religious, Islamic reasons, as I have trouble "lowering my gaze", (not looking with lust or infatuation), not masturbating, not looking at porn, staring at girls to the point it makes them uncomfortable, stalking girls, etc.
I heard red meat is a booster of sex drive. What other foods can I cut to lower my libido? please make a list.
thanks,
warrior

I think you're approaching things in the wrong way, it sounds like your thinking is more than a little fixated, you'd be much better considering seriously how much more there is to life and what you're missing out on when you choose to be fixated instead.

Eat lots of Burger King and Carl's Jr -- You'll be too clogged and bloated with poor school district budget grade beef to think about sex, much less actually achieve an erection.

You're welcome.

Let's go to the next caller, please.

If you're male:

Female birth control, SSRIs, prostate medication, oestrogen, medroxyprogesterone, benperidol, cyproterone... There's a lot of choices in this day and age, but none of them are foods.

Stick with therapy. Diet will not be your answer. If needed your doctor has options to help tank your drive but that does not correct the root of the issue.

A ton of sugar should do it. But seriously, don't do it.

The average American already consumes a tremendous amount of sugar and still mintains a libido. To have enough sugar to possibly effect libido it would also wreak havoc on the organs and would be very dangerous.

SSRI antidepressants totally killed my sex drive. Even after discontinuation. I think about sex maybe once a week.

I take those already....and have for a long time....doesn't help...

What about what I suggested?

Do you have a lot going on besides the cataloging of woes and troubling preoccupation with sex?

If you get the therapy/medication/linido kill/support, then what? What next? What instead?

You can't kill a thing that you are created with. Embrace who you are instead of making a would be monk out of yourself.
Man spent centuries trying to topple his own nature.
Nature wins.

I guess this is one of those situations like when the comedians tell jokes about once upon a time someone told Jeffrey Dalmer or Ted Bundy to "Just be yourself"

I am sure that tickled their funny bone in wherever those two are lying at the moment.

Yeah, I'll focus on making some hobbies. My main hobby right now is internet research on various academic or news topics. I used to write a lot of love poetry as an outlet, and also write in a diary, read books late at night, and I also was told by my algebra tutor id make a great actuary, (ironic, lol), it's just that i either get overconfident or underconfident with math, i guess i hesitated to study math due to my grades, thinking id never be able to major in it. but i think ill either study actuarial science (I got 97th percentile on math btw, i am good at math, it's not just something she said to cheer me up), math, or just study math in my free time or both. i also enjoyed various informative channels on youtube such as islamic channels (though that turned sour with my fierce anger against the turkish regime and the islamist dominated islamic channels defending him or overlooking him and promoting chaos in syria and hatred for jews, at times...), or alternatehistoryhub, or nameexplain, a geography channel i can't remember, etc. but i dont remember why all that went away....i suppose i could go back to that.....:) thanks, man :) or gal, i dont know what you are, all i see is an image of a ninja. LOL

although, come to think of it, Survive & Stay Free I don't think the issue is lust so much as issues with control related to loss and grief, as well as attachment and love and a desire to be connected....don't worry im seeing a therapist soon, but in the mean time, ill focus on some hobbies

Respectfully Glados, that appears to be quite a nihilistic viewpoint on the surface. However, I completely agree that I alone could not topple nature, nor could the alleged collective knowledge of man. Might I suggest that embracing aspects of life with regard to self is also a highly problematic approach, sounds good on the surface, but is equally illusive in failing to address the underlying issues that remain. Transgender studies post the auspice of surgery is a poignant example, being the core concerns that existed prior the embrace, more often than not remain.

When you put it that way it doesnt sound too substantial, I dont just mean hobbies in a simple case but something to occupy yourself, a job could be one thing, I'm not sure what age you are and if that's an option but something to occupy your time more generally is what I mean.

If you're choosing to see a therapist hopefully it will work out, do you expect therapy will confirm your issues relate to those things and the wish for connectedness? What if it does? What if it doesnt? How do you see things progressing from there?

Good luck, I think you know yourself what's a good idea and what isnt.
