    I am always slouching because of my height. This doesn't really help you Qlip, but I find it helpful to wear shoes with a heel to them. It sort of forces me to stand up straighter.

    In regards to strengthening the core of your body, I can attest to that as well. My favorite exercise to do for it is the plank:

    Work out your lower back.
