i don't think mine are big enough to hold pencils n stuff.

no shame in that Lady X you can always carry your pencils in your handbag instead.

You know, I've always heard that "pencil test" was supposed to determine whether your boobs are too big to go braless in public. If the pencil falls - then you're good to go without a bra. If it stays there - better put one on.

The only time I've heard it described as a test to see if your boobs "dangled" too much was on commercials for those bogus firming creams.

If you're really interested in seeing a cross section of the population, there's a breast feeding site that shows a pretty extensive gallery of what normal (non-nursing) women's breasts of all ages look like (and yes, there's quite a range from dangley to perky). It's much more realistic than the representations most of the population sees of naked breasts (unless you frequent nude beaches or live in Europe). I never realized I should be so thankful!

 At least penis size is a straightforward, objective measurement. What does "dangle down averagely" mean? How are we to assess degree of dangliness without standards here?

That's a question.

I'm also interested to know if you do some exercises to maintain them in shape or did some plastic surgery or even simply thought about that.

Exercises? :rly???:

Make the appropriate word substitution(s).

That's where I always stick my pencils. And, y'know, spare change, foldin' money, lost the hairbrush up in there one day ...

Pretty sure because breasts are held in place by flimsy connective tissue- not muscle- it's been concluded that there's no particular exercise one can do to reverse drooping. These tissues eventually lose elasticity over time, there's not a lot that can be done about it, non-surgically.

fidelia makes a good point. Google ''The Normal Breast Gallery.'' I showed this to a friend of mine, to get her to embrace her A's & quit complaining over imagined inadequacy.

Exercises can only firm up pectoral muscles on the chest which helps slightly, but doesn't deal with skin/connective tissue/aging issues which creates most of the sag and dangleyness.

I've heard men have similar problems as they age. I wonder if wearing boxers your whole life is kind of the male equivalent of going braless when you need support, to your own saggy detriment in later years....

Sadly, there are no published medical studies that show that bras prevent sagging in any way either ...

As for surgical repair, don't most surgeons recommend implants when you get a lift?

The correct terminology is labial hypertrophy, sir. :nerd:

You don't want to unleash the wrath of the feminists here, do you?
