A girl told me one day that she sizes it that way: if you can '"stuck" a pencil under your breast, that means that it dangles down a bit, if you can stuck several pencil, that means that it dangles down a lot. I guess that we can say it dangles down "averagely" when it's between the both and that you can stuck two pencils or three.
