    Default Health & Fitness?

    I started to work out about 3 weeks ago, and I am barely seeing any results. I want some good exercises to do at home for my abs, legs & butt. Does anyone have any good suggestions?

    Check out Scott Sonnon on youtube, with his TacFit system or Scott Sonnon's yoga. Sonnon is a genius.

    Oh wait, are you a boy or a girl? Boys like commando training. A girl might go for it, but maybe not.
    The MBTI types me as an INFP, however, SOCIONICS calls me an Logical Intuitive Extram (called an ENTj in our terms.)
